Bob Krueger and Pete Grealis teamed up and grew from apartment ownership and management to residential remodeling, new residential construction, commercial renovations and large new commercial projects, all the while owning, developing and managing their own properties. With 70 plus years of combined experience, Bob Krueger, president, and Pete Grealis, vice president, established, nurture, and continue to expand and improve on the services their company provides.

Bob Krueger
As a real estate broker, Bob’s expertise lies in land acquisition, development, and construction management. From the purchasing phase of property and buildings; coordinating and evaluating the due diligence process; and assisting his clients and architects in the design phase, Bob has his hands in the project from start to finish. His project experience is vast, ranging from new commercial international headquarters and intricate laboratories to large renovations of educational facilities, and his strength lies in his ability to listen to his clients input and clearly define the end goal.
Pete Grealis
Pete Grealis has proven success in commercial and residential development and construction, as well as commercial property management. He has managed all aspects of residential developments owned by Krueger-Grealis; including site development, marketing, sales, contract negotiations and construction management. He oversees the management of tenant-occupied, light-industrial property; including lease negotiations, property maintenance, and capital improvements. Pete Grealis provides real estate management advice, assists in reviewing and prioritizing budget requirements, supports in the construction process including value engineering, construction costs, bid process, contractor selection and continuous monitoring of all construction.
