The Krueger Group is an award winning, Cleveland, Ohio based full service Construction Management, Design-Build and General Contracting company led by Bob Krueger.

From our humble beginnings as apartment owners and property managers, we have completed $75M+ worth of projects on time and within budget. Our wide range of technical experience includes projects in the education, industrial, office & interiors, medical, recreational, religious institution, R & D, and retail industries.

Meet Our Team
Robert E. Krueger II President

Presently known as The Krueger Group in 2012, Robert E. Krueger Jr. founded Krueger Grealis & Associates with his retired partner Pete Grealis in 1976.

A 1969 graduate of Cathedral Latin, Bob went on to study politcal science at Kent State University.  Specializing in commercial design/build, Bob has championed his client’s visions in industries ranging from Not-for-Profit to Corporate Interiors.  As a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio since he was 21, he possesses a unique skill set that allows him to play an active role in every phase of a project.  Throughout his career, Bob has served in the following capacities:  design/builder, construction manager, broker of record, developer, project consultant, and real estate advisor.  His ability to listen to clients and translate their goals into a viable, self-sustaining product remains unrivaled.

Bob is a father of 4 adult children, a Dale Carnegie graduate, licensed pilot, experienced alpine mountaineer and active board member for Youth Challenge, Ruffing Montessori School in Rocky River, and the Montessori High School at University Circle.  In addtion to his son, Dan, working with him, two of his other children are in the construction industry in Chicago, his son Bobby is the owner of Mavrek Development and Elizabeth is the owner of Elizabeth Krueger Designs.


Mary Ellen Neff, CPA Chief Financial Officer

Mary Ellen Neff has been affiliated with the Krueger Group since 2005. As a Certified Public Accountant, she provides guidance to the staff in bookkeeping matters, consults with the Board on tax and financial matters and advises Bob Krueger in various aspects of the business.

In addition to her public accounting practice, which she has owned since 1974, she provides tax services to corporations, partnerships and LLC’s in all 50 states.  Along with representing clients in tax audits, she is most proud of the personal service furnished to each and every client.

Once tax season is over, you can find her sailing on Lake Erie, or kayaking in Sandusky Bay.  In 2013, she participated in her first Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.


Dan Krueger Estimating Manager/Project Manager

In a way Dan has been working with The Krueger Group since he was old enough to push a lawn mower. Growing up, he and his brother spent weekends and summers maintaining KG properties and working on our various projects. 

A graduate of St. Ignatius High School, Dan went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University in Chicago.  Upon graduation, he spent a year as an Alumni Volunteer at Ignatius and promptly moved back to Chicago to join a regional homebuilder as a trim superintendent quickly advancing within the organization to purchasing agent.  Prior to re-joining KG in the summer of 2009, he gained additional experience in purchasing with several national, publicly traded homebuilders. 

Dan has completed a 23-day Colorado Outward Bound leadership mountaineering course, is a Dale Carnegie graduate, a youth lacrosse coach, an amateur musician and an active member in Associate Boards at the West Side Catholic Center.  All of which pales in comparison to spending time with his wife and their daughter that was born in the fall of 2013.


John (Jack) Doheny IV Project Manager

Jack was struck with the entrepreneurial bug at an early age, as a 5th grader he started his own lawn mowing business which he maintained throughout his high school years. He began working with The Krueger Group during his summers and fell in love with the process.

A graduate of St. Ignatius High School, Jack then went on to study management at Miami University in Oxford, OH. As an undergrad, Jack studied abroad where he had the opportunity to visit over 10 European countries.  Upon graduation in 2008, Jack returned to the Cleveland area to continue his passion for building, joining The Krueger Group full time. 

Jack is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Ohio, a Dale Carnegie graduate, an avid traveler and an active member of the West Side Catholic Center Associate Board.  In his spare time, Jack enjoys renovating his home.


Tiffany Fields Accounting Manager

Tiffany is the quiet force behind our entire operation, keeping the office running while the team is in the field, and keeps us all on our toes.  She runs the show when it comes to the finances for all of The Krueger Group businesses.

A Cleveland Heights native, Tiffany has been in the construction industry for over 18 years.  Upon graduation from Cleveland Heights HS, she joined a small, well-established insulation company and quickly climbed the ranks gaining invaluable experience in every aspect of the business, from administration, accounting and human resources, to production, scheduling and inventory control.  Before joining The Krueger Group in early 2011, Tiffany also worked for one of the nation's leading installers of residential building products.

Tiffany now resides in rural Lorain County with her husband where she is an active volunteer for her local Big Brothers Big Sisters chapter.  She enjoys the outdoors, live music and cooking. 


Brigid Doheny Steiner Project Manager/Designer

Brigid comes to us with a background in corporate sales.  As residential project manager/designer, she continuously aims to enrich the experience of coming home; working closely with the customer to accommodate their lifestyle and make each home distinctively their own.

A graduate of Magnificat High School, Brigid went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Ohio University.  Upon graduation, she spent several years in corporate sales for several different Fortune 500 companies before ultimately deciding to pursue her passion for design.

An active member in the community, Brigid has served as President at the Rocky River Early Childhood PTA, currently sits on the boards of Rocky River United Methodist Preschool and St. Christopher and is a Girl Scout Leader. 


Bob Carroll Project Superintendent

Bob joins The Krueger Group after recently graduating from Cleveland State University. While a student at CSU, Bob worked as an intern with a number of prominent Cleveland organizations in the operations department, it is during this time that his interest in the construction and development process was sparked.

A graduate of Saint Ignatius High School, and has remained active in the community as an Assistant Coach for both the Track & Field and Cross Country teams. He is the fifth of seven children, and credits his mother and father - Eileen and Michael Biehl- as the driving force behind his passion for the Greater Cleveland area. 

Bob has spent time in the local Toastmasters chapter and recently joined the Associate Board at the West Side Catholic Center. He enjoys golf and running in the Metroparks.


Osvaldo "Ozzy" Claudio Project Superintendent

Ozzy, a native of Puerto Rico, comes to The Krueger Group with a wealth of construction experience, from roofing to bridge building and lots in between.  He tackles the day-to-day organization and operation of our job sites with boundless energy and a contagious smile!

In his free time, Ozzy enjoys spending time with his wife and children and gets back to Puerto Rico at least once a year.
