Getting Things Underway

The second floor build-out is off to a strong start. The carpentry team got a head start on the metal framing and is almost 100% complete. The electricians aren't too far behind with the rough-in nearly all complete as well. Inspections have been passed, the raised access floor has been repaired to meet the new layout specifications, and duct work is being hung from the ceilings. The door frames are slated for an early week delivery and the drywall will be hung shortly after.

What we believe is an aggressive timeline will soon become another memory! Stay tuned for more updates as the progress unfolds.


The raised access floor was disassembled and then reassembled to meet the needs of the new layout.

Phase II Demolition is Complete

Demolition has been completed on the 25,000 sf. Phase II second floor of Hyland South,  The bidding process is underway and KGA is excited to start the build out process. Summer 2011 is the target completion date for this project.



The floor has taken on a new look with the absence of the wall partitions.


The new open floor plan allows the opportunity to see the potential of this future office space.



Hyland South Phase II Begins

Purchased from Nordson in 2008, "Hyland South" underwent a $1.1 million Phase I renovation by Krueger Grealis and Associates which was completed in 2009. Housing more than 125 Hyland Software employees, Hyland South boasts a fully functional gym with yoga studio, cafeteria, and state of the art work stations. Traditionally ranked by Crain's as a top company to work for, Hyland Software is a force in the software industry. Krueger-Grealis thrives on this energy and is excited to channel its creativity into Phase II of Hyland South!  The demolition of thisthe 25,000 sf. second floor space is now underway!
