This 16,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Westlake, Ohio has been renovated into a counseling service for patients and families dealing with cancer. The building now includes new offices for nurses and counselors’ on-staff, meeting rooms for support groups, training rooms, an atrium, and full gymnasium. The construction was completed in two phases. First, the build-out for Youth Challenge, based on the drawings generated by LS Architects, was completed and occupied, then came the build-out for The Gathering Place, based on the drawings generated by Bialosky + Partners, Architects LLC. The $1.25 million renovations were completed in 2008.
