In order to accommodate a growing workforce, Hyland Software Inc. purchased the 75,000+ sf. former world headquarters of Nordson Corporation to house their Product Services Team.
This entire project was designed to correspond with Nordson's continued day-to-day operations taking place on the second floor; during the first phase of construction, the basement and first floor were renovated to include an auxiliary cafeteria, fitness center, and ample workstations and office space. As part of the scope of work, an additional 100 parking spaces was added to the existing parking lot.
The completed space includes 300+ workstations, 20 offices and 20 breakout rooms.
