Krueger-Grealis transformed a beautiful 6,000 sq. ft. historical home in University Circle to a Private Montessori High School. The project included the conversion of the existing carriage house into a state-of-the-art science lab, including radiant floor heat, geothermal heating and cooling, photo-voltatic electricity (PV), acid neutralization tank, laboratory hood, and a greenhouse. Completed in 2008 with the assistance of LS Architects, this renovation was valued at $1.5 million.
