Krueger-Grealis oversaw all phases of this $5 million renovation of the OM Group’s offices and the research facility addition. Because they understand the pitfalls of tricky city regulations and development quagmires, it was simple for Krueger-Grealis to complete the project from start to finish.
The renovations were completed in two phases: first, the 14,000 sq. ft. office area was renovated and occupied, then the $1 million renovation on the 35th, 36th, 37th and 39th floors of the Terminal Tower for new corporate offices, including the total restoration of the Van Sweringer Suite on the 35th floor. Each floor was completed separately, but all had similar finishes to establish continuity throughout.
Finally, OM Group consolidated their world headquarters from the Terminal Tower to the entire 15th floor of the Key Tower. Krueger-Grealis worked within a $1.8 million budget to transform the floor to a professional, high-end, and comfortable office setting, including new furniture and a moving service.
