The construction of a new 40,000.00 sq. ft. self-storage facility in Cleveland, Ohio was completed in 2008 (with the help of architect firm, Trachte Building Systems) at a value of $2.8 million. The project included the construction of a 9,000 sq. ft. climate controlled building. "We saw the hidden potential in this land, and jumped on the opportunity to develop a well-used storage facility," Bob Krueger says.
