Youth Challenge (YC) is a center for physically and mentally challenged children ranging from 4 to 18 years old that provides programming that includes indoor and outdoor activities. For their long overdue new headquarters, Krueger Grealis and Associates assisted in the site selection, acquisition and total renovation of an 18,000 sf. former warehouse located in Westlake, Ohio.
In addition to office space for staff, the building is now home to training rooms, a courtyard, full gymnasium and ample parking spaces that serve as the transportation hub for YC's fleet of lift equipped vans.
