Krueger-Grealis oversaw all phases of the construction of a new 28,000 sq. ft. building for offices, shipping and warehouse, including six loading docks. The new facility also consisted of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of new office space. Construction management included, land acquisition, site evaluation, budget development, city approvals, finance package for the funding institution, development of construction timeline, and bid process. The facility consists of a single elevation interior for tow motor access, seven overhead doors, and 1,800 sq. ft. of office space.
