When three neighbors noticed an erosion issue on their lake's bank due to the Nor'easter, they looked to Krueger-Grealis to preserve their lakefront community. After Krueger-Grealis averted the erosion of the embankment, they poured foundations, and added a putting green, a fire pit, and a boathouse to the new lake wall for community use. Renovations preserved the eroding bank, and upgraded the properties.
