In order to alleviate the constant exposure to erosion on the shores of Lake Erie, Krueger Grealis and Associates completed the installation of a terraced precast concrete wall system for this three home lakefront community. Making the best of the situation, built into the wall system was a putting green, fire pit, pier and two 1-bedroom boathouses.
