Rocky River Residence

Located on the shores of Lake Erie in Rocky River, Oh., this private home was renovated to meet the homeowner's needs. The scope of work included:

• Full-unobstructed views of the lake were achieved at all northern exposures by replacing 2 1/2 story chimney with floor-to-ceiling windows.
• Whirlpool, sauna and full walk in shower added to master bathroom off of the first floor master suite.
• Radiant floor heating added throughout entire first floor.
• The home automation system was upgraded to include "Smart House" technologies.
